Friday March 19 7:30 - 9:30 p.m.
Evening costs $20

Weekend Intensive Retreat
Saturday March 20 10:00-5:00
Sunday March 21 10:00-5:00

The weekend cost is $215 Canadian funds or $185 US funds ( includes Friday)
Individual days may be attended for $120 Canadian or $100 US

Waking Down full Day Intensive
Monday March 22 10:00-5:00
