| Welcome to the Prayer Circle. This is a space where we invoke wholeness and wellness for members of our community and their beloveds (especially the two-legged ones), asking for their healing and movement along their path, whatever form that may take. The recommended time is: Sunday evenings, 6 pm Pacific time for 15 minutes. Focusing our intention at a common time is thought to increase our power, but positive wishes sent at any time are also appreciated. |
|
If you would like guidance for this time, we recommend that you sit quietly, holding an intention of wholeness and wellness for people listed on the Prayer Circle, and especially visualize the healthy condition specified there. Feel in your heart and throughout your body what the fulfilled desire feels like in you—how glad you are for the person's healing. And give thanks for what has been created by your prayer. To request a listing for someone (or yourself) on the prayer circle, email galethog@gmail.com. Include the name of the person and the desired wellness condition (very short—for example, healthy lungs). The listing will remain on the site until the end of the month, at which time it can be renewed innumerable times for subsequent 1-month listings. Understandably when a person's name appears on the prayer circle, community members may want to know more details and to share their love and support, which can be overwhelming to a person who is ill. So please verify first that the person will welcome the listing on the prayer circle. CC and Michael Radford found that creating a free page on theStatus.com is helpful, where the latest news on the person's condition can be posted, and well-wishers can share their remarks. An initial post on Mutuality.net with more details about the person's condition would be welcomed, if feasible, along with any login information to places where beloveds could follow updates on an ongoing basis. |
